What happens when you hit a limit
- Responses. We will not cut you off mid-campaign. You get an email and a suggestion to move up a plan; responses keep arriving in the meantime.
- Forms. Above the limit you cannot create a new form. Existing ones keep working — delete an unused one or move up.
- Cancelling. No notice period. Your data stays readable and exportable until you have taken it.
What matters besides the price
Data in the EU
Servers and backups inside the European Union, encryption in transit and at rest, daily database backups.
Invoiced to your company
Company and VAT number on the invoice, payment in CZK or EUR, 14-day terms on Pro and Business.
No per-form fee

Can I cancel any time?
Yes, with no commitment and no notice period. After cancelling your data stays readable and exportable.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. On Pro and Business we issue an invoice with 14-day terms — send us your company and VAT number at info@gatherino.com.
What if I exceed the response limit?
We do not block you. You get an email and a suggestion to move up a plan; responses keep being accepted meanwhile.
Do you bill in CZK or EUR?
Both. Invoices go out in CZK for Czech companies and in EUR for everyone else.
Are PDFs and e-signatures on the free plan?
Yes. Every feature is available on every plan, Free included — paid plans differ in volume, team size and the option to remove the “Powered by Gatherino” line.
When do I need Business?
When you want to remove the “Powered by Gatherino” line, need address autocomplete or more team members, or exceed the volume Pro covers.
Is there a discount for non-profits and schools?
Yes, 50% for registered non-profits and schools. Write to us and we will verify and apply it.
Do you charge per form or per document?
No. You pay for a plan, not for units. The number of documents, signatures or PDFs does not change the price.
