Yes. Partial responses are stored so respondents can come back, and you see them separately from submitted ones.

Colours, logo and thank-you page on every plan. Removing the “Powered by Gatherino” line is part of the Business plan.

The respondent signs with a finger on a phone or a mouse on a desktop, or types their name and has it rendered in a handwriting-like font. The signature is stored with the response and drawn into the PDF.

It is a simple electronic signature under eIDAS, which may not be denied legal effect merely for being electronic. It is not enough where the law requires a qualified signature.

No. It records what was signed, when, from which IP address and in which browser. For higher-value deals, verify identity outside the form too.

No. It generates a signed PDF from a form response but cannot sign a finished uploaded file.

On servers in the European Union. Transfer and storage are encrypted and the database is backed up daily.

It depends on their role. Access can be limited down to individual forms, so a temp does not see the whole database.

Until you delete them. Deletion works individually or in bulk; the retention period is yours to set based on why you collect the data.

Often not. For an order or a sign-up the legal basis is usually performance of a contract. Consent is typically for marketing emails.

With a webhook that pushes the response on submission, or the REST API that lets you pull. Both are available on every plan.

Yes, responses can flow straight into a spreadsheet.

Yes, by email. Automations can also post a notification to Discord or Slack.

Yes, in two ways. Turn on the public results page under Share — pick the questions to publish and you get a link with the aggregated answers. Or pull the data over the REST API and render it yourself; call it from your server, never from the browser.

Yes, with no commitment and no notice period. Your data stays readable and exportable.

Yes, with company and VAT number and 14-day terms on Pro and Business. You can pay in CZK or EUR.

We do not block you. You get an email with a suggestion to move up a plan and responses keep being accepted meanwhile.

Yes, 50% for registered non-profits and schools. Write to us and we will verify it.

No. You collect the fee by transfer — put the payment details in the confirmation email and switch the response status to Paid once it arrives, then filter and export by that status.

No. Rating scales and NPS yes, but scoring correct answers and grading a test does not exist yet.

No, forms live on gatherino.com. You can embed them in your site, so respondents never leave your page.

No, there is no response import yet. Rebuild the form in the editor and keep your old export as an archive.

No. We aim for high availability and take daily backups, but we do not contractually guarantee uptime — that is also stated in our terms.
