Google Sheets
Connect your form to Google Sheets. Every response is appended as a new row, so your team works with data in the spreadsheet they already know.
Webhooks
After every submission Gatherino calls your URL with the data as JSON. Connect a CRM, warehouse, internal app, or tools like Zapier and Make.
REST API
Gatherino public REST API: list forms, read submissions, filter, paginate and submit programmatically. Authenticated with an API key.
Discord
Send every new response as a formatted embed into a Discord channel. Your team sees an order or lead a second after submission, without opening the admin.
When to use which integration
Integrations answer a single question: where should responses go next. The answer almost always fits one of the four options above.
Pick Google Sheets when people work with the data and want it in a spreadsheet. Pick a webhook when your own system should take over and react immediately. Pick the REST API when you want to pull the data yourself — to list it on your own site, or to sync once a day. Pick Discord or Slack when the point is simply that the team knows something arrived.
Webhooks and APIs get confused often. The difference is direction: a webhook notifies you when a response arrives; an API waits for you to ask. Instant reaction means a webhook, scheduled transfer means the API.
