Form templates
Every template is a starting point, not a cage — add, delete or rename fields in the editor. They all work on a phone and they all support signatures.
Lease agreement
Landlord and tenant fill in the details, sign in the browser and both get the same PDF. Rent, deposit, term and handover condition.
Car purchase agreement
VIN, odometer reading, price and a statement of condition. Signed with a finger on a phone at the kerb, with photos attached.
Data processing consent
A GDPR consent template — and, more usefully, how to tell whether you need one at all. For an order, usually not.
Purchase agreement
Both parties sign in the browser, a PDF is generated automatically and both get a copy by email.
Contract withdrawal
The customer fills it in and signs; you get the request in your dashboard with the order number and attachment.
Event registration form
Capacity limits, scheduled opening, conditional questions per category and confirmation emails.
Form with an electronic signature
A Signature field in any form — finger or mouse, with an automatic PDF.
How to work with a template
A template is a ready-made set of fields, not a finished document. Open it, delete what you do not need, rename what you call something else, add your logo and colours. It is usually a matter of minutes.
The most common mistake is leaving a template as it is. Fields nobody reads make the form longer and cut the odds of anyone finishing it — and personal data you do not need is just something you now have to protect and delete.
The contract and signature templates are a starting point, not legal advice. Check the wording against your own terms, and against a lawyer for anything that matters.
