Plans & billing
What each plan includes, how usage is counted, how invoices work, and how to cancel.
Plan overview
We keep pricing simple. Detailed current prices are always on gatherino.com/pricing.
- Free — unlimited forms, a monthly submission cap, Gatherino branding in the footer.
- Pro — higher submission cap, PDF generation, custom branding (hide "Powered by"), priority email support.
- Business — everything in Pro plus team seats, higher API rate limits, advanced integrations, and a dedicated support contact.
How usage is counted
The only metered quantity is submissions received per calendar month. Forms, fields, exports, and API reads are all unmetered on every plan.
Partial submissions (started but not submitted) don't count. Spam and bot submissions blocked by our filters don't count either.
Tip
Invoices & VAT
Invoices are generated automatically after each payment and available from Settings → Billing → Invoices. You can download them as PDF.
If you're a business in the EU, enter your VAT ID in Settings → Billing → Company before checkout to get a reverse-charge invoice. We use Stripe as the payment processor and never store card numbers.
Changing your plan
Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle; your higher-plan features remain active until then.
Cancelling
Cancel from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Your workspace continues on the paid plan until the end of the current period, then reverts to the free plan. No data is lost.
To delete your entire workspace and all data, use Settings → Workspace → Danger zone → Delete workspace. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
Data ownership & export
Your data is yours. You can export every submission at any time in CSV, XLSX, JSON, or PDF (see Submissions & exports). If you cancel, we retain your data in a read-only state for 30 days in case you come back, then purge it.
GDPR & hosting
Gatherino is operated by Pikastore s.r.o., a Czech company. All data is hosted in the European Union on infrastructure in Germany. We are GDPR-compliant and will sign a Data Processing Addendum with Pro and Business customers on request.
