Where is my data stored?
All submissions, files, and account data are stored in the European Union (Germany). We don't replicate to other regions. See our Privacy Policy for specifics.
Is Gatherino GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We're a Czech-registered company, host inside the EU, and will sign a DPA with Pro and Business customers. For forms that collect personal data, you can enable a configurable consent checkbox that is recorded with the submission.
Can I have multiple people on one account?
Yes, on the Business plan. Invite teammates to your workspace with role-based access (view only, edit, admin). Each person signs in with their own email.
What happens to data if I cancel?
Your data is retained read-only for 30 days after cancellation so you can re-subscribe without loss. After 30 days it's permanently purged. You can also export everything at any time — we never lock your data in.
Can I migrate from Google Forms or Typeform?
We don't have a one-click importer yet, but the builder is fast enough to recreate most forms in a few minutes. If you have a large set of existing submissions you want to backfill, reach out to support and we'll help.
Do submissions count against my quota if they're spam?
No. Submissions blocked by our honeypot and rate-limit filters, and submissions you mark as spam yourself, don't count. Only genuine submissions that land in your inbox are metered.
Are e-signatures legally binding?
Under EU eIDAS and US ESIGN, signatures collected through Gatherino qualify as advanced electronic signatures for most business use cases (contracts, waivers, consent). For documents that require a qualified electronic signature (e.g. notarised deeds) you'll need a dedicated QES provider.
Can I white-label the form for my clients?
Yes — on the Pro and Business plans you can hide the "Powered by Gatherino" footer and fully customise the theme, favicon, and logo on every form.
How big can file uploads be?
Each file can be up to 50 MB, and a single submission can contain up to 5 files per upload field. Files are virus-scanned on upload and served over HTTPS.
Do you offer a self-hosted version?
Not as a product. For enterprise customers with strict residency or compliance requirements beyond what our standard EU hosting provides, we offer custom deployment on request — contact sales.
