Getting started

A two-minute tour from sign-up to your first submission. Everything here is on the free plan — no credit card required.

1. Create your account

Head to gatherino.com/register and sign up with your email and a password, or continue with Google. You'll land in your workspace dashboard, which is empty at first.

A workspace is a container for forms, submissions, and team members. You can rename it or invite teammates later from Settings → Workspace.

Note

All data is stored on EU servers in Germany. You can export or delete everything at any time.

2. Create your first form

From the dashboard, click New form. Give it a name (for example Customer feedback) and pick a starting template, or start from a blank canvas.

The builder opens with a live preview on the right. Use the left palette to drag in fields — text, email, rating, file upload, signature, and more. Click any field to edit its label, placeholder, validation, and whether it is required.

3. Publish and share

Click Publish in the top bar. You'll get a public URL like gatherino.com/f/customer-feedback. Share it directly, embed the form on your website with one line of JavaScript, or download a printable QR code.

Every form has its own slug, theme, and confirmation page. You can change the slug any time from the builder — old links will redirect.

4. Watch submissions arrive

Open Submissions in the sidebar. New responses appear in real time. Each row links to a full detail view with all answers, files, and a complete audit log (IP, user agent, timestamps).

You can mark a submission as complete, archive it, or move it to trash. Bulk actions and smart filters are available from the toolbar.

5. Set up notifications

Want an email or a Discord ping when someone submits? Open your form and go to Integrations. You can wire up:

  • Email notifications to one or more team members
  • Google Sheets auto-sync of every submission
  • Discord webhook messages with a custom embed
  • Generic outgoing webhooks (POST JSON to any URL)

See the dedicated integrations guide for step-by-step setup.
