Not everyone in a company wants to log into a form admin. Accounting, warehouse and management are used to spreadsheets — and Google Sheets sync gives them one: every new response arrives as a row in a shared sheet.

Colleagues see responses without a Gatherino account — access to the shared spreadsheet is enough.

Plenty of tools can read from Google Sheets, so the spreadsheet works as a stepping stone into your reporting.
How to set it up

Connect your Google account
In Integrations → Google, sign in and grant spreadsheet access. The connection can be revoked at any time.

Pick the spreadsheet and sheet
On the form, set the target spreadsheet and the sheet name to write into.

Turn sync on
From then on, every new response is appended as a new row.

Check the first row
Send a test response and confirm the columns line up the way you need.
What the data flow looks like
A respondent submits the form → Gatherino stores the response → a row with the field values is appended to the chosen sheet. The data also stays in Gatherino, so the spreadsheet is a copy, not the only storage.
The same data can be pulled out one-off via XLSX or CSV export if you do not need continuous sync.
Security note: only share the spreadsheet with people who genuinely need to see respondents’ personal data. Google Sheets does not offer permissions as granular as Gatherino workspace roles.
FAQ
Does it overwrite the sheet or append rows?
Every new response appends a new row; earlier data is never overwritten.
What if I add a field to the form?
New fields show up in newly written rows. Older rows stay as they were written.
Can I disconnect it?
Yes, turn sync off on the form and revoke the Google account access in Integrations.
Is it available on the free plan?
Google Sheets sync is part of the paid plans; on the free plan use CSV or XLSX export.
