Discord

When your team lives in Discord, there is no point sending them into an admin panel for every response. Gatherino can post an embed with the essentials into a channel — and you control its colour and title.

How to set it up

  1. 1

    Create a webhook in Discord

In channel settings → Integrations → Webhooks, create a webhook and copy its URL.

  2. 2

Paste the URL into the form

Save the webhook address in the form settings.

  3. 3

    Style the message

Set the embed colour, title and bot name so the message fits your server.

  4. 4

    Test it

Submit a test response and confirm the message landed in the right channel.

When it pays off

Fast-moving orders

Sales sees a new order immediately and can act without opening anything.

Service and claims

A new claim appears in the support channel and someone picks it up right away.

Internal overview

The channel doubles as a live log of incoming responses you can scroll back through.

Only send what is necessary. A channel message is visible to every member, so for sensitive data prefer a short alert with a link into the admin.

FAQ

Do I need my own Discord bot?

No, a webhook created in the channel settings is enough.

Can I style the message?

Yes, you set the colour, title and the name the message is posted under.

Can I send only some responses?

Yes — use a webhook step inside an automation instead of the form-level one and add a condition.

Does Slack work too?

There is no direct Slack integration yet. Slack does accept inbound webhooks, so it can be handled with the generic webhook.
