Forms with electronic signature

Print, sign, scan, send back — a four-step chore people postpone. A signature field in Gatherino shortens it to one swipe. The signature is stored with the response and automatically embedded in the generated PDF.

Where it helps

Consents & declarations

GDPR consents, guardian consent, terms acknowledgements — signed on the spot from a phone.

Handover protocols

A technician fills the form on site, the customer signs on the screen, and the PDF protocol goes out to both by email.

Contracts & binding orders

A purchase contract or binding order with a signature — handled end-to-end on a single URL.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add the E-signature field

Drag the signature field wherever you need it — e.g. right below your terms text.

  2. 2

    The respondent signs

By finger on mobile, by mouse on desktop. They can clear and retry until happy.

  3. 3

    The signature is stored

The signature image is stored securely with the response, along with submission time and IP address.

  4. 4

    PDF with the signature

The generated PDF contains the answers and the signature — a finished document to archive or email.

What you get with it

Touch & mouse signing

Works on phones, tablets and desktops, nothing to install.

Signature in the PDF

Automatically embedded into the confirmation PDF document.

Terms block

Scrollable formatted terms text right above the signature.

Timestamp & IP

Submission time and IP address stored with every response.

Multi-step flow

Signature as the final step after reviewing the details.

Response archive

Find and download signed documents any time.

FAQ

Is this signature legally binding?

It is a simple electronic signature under the EU eIDAS regulation, widely used in practice for everyday contracts and consents. It is not suitable for acts that require a qualified electronic signature. When in doubt, consult a lawyer.

Where is the signature stored?

On servers in the EU, together with the response. Downloadable inside the PDF or on its own.

Can multiple parties sign?

Yes — a form can contain several signature fields, e.g. seller and buyer.

Does signing work on mobile?

Yes, the field is built touch-first — signing by finger is the most natural way.
