Conditional forms

Conditional logic means the form branches on answers. Whoever skips the invoice never sees a company-ID field. Whoever returns an item isn't asked about exchanges. The result: shorter forms, less confusion, more completed responses.

Where it helps

Order with optional invoice

The “Company ID & billing details” field appears only for people who tick that they need a company invoice.

Return vs. exchange

Based on “I'm requesting…”, the form continues down a different branch — refunds ask for a bank account, exchanges ask for the new product.

Registration with categories

Juniors add a guardian contact, professionals add a licence number — nobody fills in fields that don't apply to them.

How it works

  1. 1

    Build the form

Drag fields in the editor — text, choices, autocompleted addresses, e-signature, file uploads.

  2. 2

    Add rules

Set “Show when…” on any field — no code, just pick a field and a value. Rules can be combined.

  3. 3

    Share the link

Every form gets its own URL and QR code, and can be embedded on your site.

  4. 4

    Responses finish themselves

E-signature, PDF, custom statuses, notifications and exports — every response runs to completion without manual work.

What you get with it

“Show when” rules

Unlimited conditions, AND/OR combinations, hide fields or make them required.

Multi-step forms

Split long forms into steps; progress is saved as people go.

15+ field types

From e-signatures and autocompleted addresses to file uploads.

Conditional emails

Send a different confirmation email depending on what the respondent chose.

Custom response statuses

New → Processed → Paid — colour-coded statuses right in the results table.

Exports

CSV, XLSX, JSON, PDF and Google Sheets — any time, no data lock-in.

FAQ

What is conditional logic in a form?

Rules that decide when a field is shown, hidden or required — based on the respondent's earlier answers. The form adapts to each person.

How many conditions can I set?

There is no limit. Rules can be chained and combined with AND/OR.

Can it hide whole steps?

Yes — a rule can control a single field or an entire section of a multi-step form.
