Data export

Your form data is yours and must be retrievable at any time. Gatherino exports to CSV, XLSX, JSON and PDF — and the export mirrors exactly what you see in the table: same filters, same column order.

Formats and when to use them

CSV

The universal format for importing into other systems and spreadsheet editors.

XLSX

Excel with columns preserved — for accounting, warehouse or reporting.

JSON

Machine-readable export for developers and migrations.

PDF

A document per response — either a clean table or a confirmation document with the signature.

ZIP

A bundle of PDFs for all selected responses at once.

Google Sheets

Continuous sync instead of a one-off export.

Things worth knowing

  • Exports respect active filters — filter a month and you export exactly that month.
  • Column order in the export follows the table, and hidden fields stay out of the file.
  • Fields that no longer exist on the form are not added, so deleted questions do not leave empty columns behind.
  • Timestamps are exported in Central European Time rather than UTC, so the data lines up in Excel without conversion.
  • Signatures appear in spreadsheet exports as a link to the signature image.

Finished exports stay in the Exports section, so you can download the same file again without re-running the export.

FAQ

Does it export only what I see?

Yes. The export inherits the active filters plus the order and visibility of columns from the results table.

How do I get PDFs of every response?

The PDF export produces a ZIP with a separate document for each selected response.

Is there a continuous export?

Yes, through Google Sheets sync or via the REST API and webhooks.

Are attachments included?

Uploaded files appear as links; the signature is embedded as an image in the PDF.
