How do I handle payments for orders?
Gatherino does not process payments — customers pay by bank transfer or on delivery per your instructions. The form collects the details, and you track payment with the Paid status: one click in the results table, which exports can then filter by payment date.
How do orders reach my accounting?
Export to CSV/XLSX or sync continuously to Google Sheets. Exports can be filtered by date and payment status.
Does it handle product variants?
Yes — choice fields with conditions: after picking a product, only its sizes or colours appear.
What if I only sell occasionally?
