FAQ
What happens when capacity fills up?
Once the configured maximum is reached the form closes and accepts no further registrations. Opening and closing dates can be scheduled in advance.
How do I collect an entry fee?
Gatherino does not process payments. Collect the fee by bank transfer — put your payment details in the confirmation email and mark the registration Paid once it arrives.
Can I limit registrations per person?
Yes — besides the overall maximum you can cap responses per respondent, so nobody registers twice.
Do participants get a confirmation?
Yes, an automatic email; optionally with a PDF and QR code.
