Multi-language forms

If you sell or hire beyond one country you need the same form in two languages — but not two separate response tables. Gatherino handles languages inside a single form.

How it works

  1. 1

    Choose the form languages

Add languages next to your default one. Respondents switch inside the form itself.

  2. 2

    Translate the texts

Field labels, help texts, choice options and button labels — per field.

  3. 3

    Responses stay unified

Stored values follow the default language, so filters and exports work across languages.

  4. 4

You know who answered in which language

Each response records the language it was filled in, and you can filter by it.

Why not two separate forms

Two forms mean two tables, two sets of statuses and manual merging before export. A language version inside one form removes that — one overview, and the same field keeps one identity across languages.

For international orders you can also define your own currency list and your own list of offered languages.

FAQ

How many languages are supported?

You define the language list yourself; typically Czech and English, but it can be extended.

Will responses land in two tables?

No, all responses share one table; the fill-in language is simply another filter.

Is the confirmation email translated too?

You control the email content; combined with conditional emails you can send different wording per language.

Do I have to translate everything?

No. Anything left untranslated falls back to the form's default language.
