Control over when the form is open
- Scheduled opening and closing — the form goes live and shuts down on its own.
- Maximum number of responses — the form closes once the limit is reached.
- A per-respondent limit so nobody registers twice.
- Duplicate detection for repeated submissions of the same content.
- Anonymous mode if you do not want to record the submitter’s technical data.
- A switch for search-engine visibility — new forms are not indexed by default.
Rich link previews: sharing the form on social media or in a messenger shows the form name and description rather than a bare URL.

Will my form show up in search engines?
New forms are hidden from search engines by default. Indexing can be enabled per form.
Can a form open only from a certain date?
Yes, you can set both an opening and a closing date.
Can I embed the form on WordPress or another site?
Yes, via the embed snippet, which works on any website.
