Online contract withdrawal form
A customer is returning goods? Instead of making them print and fill in a PDF, send a link. They fill it in, sign, and the request is generated. You have it in the dashboard together with the order number and the photo of the invoice they attached.
What the form asks for
Customer and order
Contact details, order number and the date the goods were received.
The goods being returned
A description of the item and an optional reason — for the statutory 14-day withdrawal the reason is not required.
Bank details for the refund
An account number field so you are not chasing it by email afterwards.
Signature and attachment
A signature plus an optional photo of the invoice or the goods.
Getting it into your systems
A webhook sends the whole response as JSON to your endpoint the moment it is submitted — your e-shop handles it like any other incoming request. If you prefer to pull rather than receive, the REST API returns the same data on demand.
For the accounting side, responses export to CSV, XLSX or PDF, and Czech users can export to POHODA.
