How the signature works
The Signature field has two modes: draw (finger on a phone or tablet, mouse on a desktop) or type, where the typed name is rendered in a script font. Either way the signature is stored with the response and drawn into the final PDF.
Along with the signature, Gatherino stores the respondent’s IP address, submission time and browser. That metadata is the audit trail. Gatherino does not verify the signer’s identity — for higher-value deals, confirm who you are dealing with by other means as well.

FAQ
Is an electronic signature legally binding?
Under eIDAS (EU 910/2014) Article 25(1) an electronic signature may not be denied legal effect merely because it is electronic. For contracts that require a specific form (notarial deeds, for example) different rules apply — ask a lawyer.
Can the other party see what I filled in?
Only once you share the result. For a two-sided flow, set up a multi-step process: the buyer fills in their part, the seller is notified by email, fills in theirs, and both get the final PDF.
What does it cost?
The Free plan covers 100 responses a month. Pro is 250 CZK a month for 5,000 responses. There are no per-document fees.
