Event registration form
Conferences, training days, races, summer camps — they all need a registration form. Gatherino lets you cap the number of places, schedule when sign-ups open and close, ask each category of attendee different questions, and send everyone a confirmation email with the programme.

Capacity limit
Set a maximum number of responses. Once it is reached the form closes itself and shows the message you choose.
Scheduled opening and closing
Registration opens at an exact time and closes after the deadline without you touching it.
Conditional questions
Students, professionals and companies each see only the follow-up questions that apply to them.
Conditional emails
Rules like “if category = Pro, send email X, otherwise send email Y”. The first matching rule wins.
Registration fees
Gatherino does not process payments. You collect the fee by bank transfer: put the payment details in the confirmation email and switch the response status to Paid once the money arrives. You can then filter and export by that status.
Because the status lives on the response, the list of who has paid and who has not is always the same list as the registrations themselves — no second spreadsheet.
Small things that save work
- A per-respondent limit stops the same person signing up three times.
- A single free-text note field absorbs most of the “can I…?” emails.
- Export to XLSX gives you a check-in list you can print.
- The form can be embedded on your event page instead of linked.
FAQ
How do I limit the number of places?
In the form settings, under “Maximum responses”. Once the limit is reached the form closes and accepts no further sign-ups. You can also limit registrations per respondent.
Can attendees get different emails based on their answers?

Can I take the registration fee through the form?
No. Gatherino does not accept payments — collect the fee by transfer and mark the response as Paid.
