How it works

Turn on multi-step mode
Switch the form to steps in settings. Group fields into sections by dragging — each section becomes a step.

Add a progress bar
Respondents see how many steps are ahead and where they are. Optional, but it makes a real difference on longer forms.

Make steps conditional
A whole step appears only when it makes sense — the company billing step only for companies, the refund step only for returns.

Progress is saved
Unfinished responses are stored as in-progress. You can see them in the overview and learn where people drop off.
Why it lifts completion
A longer form is fine as long as each step makes sense on its own: who you are, what you need, then confirmation and signature.
Combined with conditional logic it is strongest — respondents only walk through the steps that apply to them, so the form never feels longer than it has to be.

Can I see where people drop off?
Yes — in-progress responses have their own view, so you can tell which step people get stuck on.
Can a respondent finish later?
Partially filled forms are saved and can be continued when returning on the same device.
